Used in woodworking for a variety of processes such as drying, pressing and curing

2 HP Wood Lathe
This is used to make the round shape of the bowl from both inside and outside
DRYING & SANDING
KILN DRYER
We bring down the moisture content to 12% before sanding
DISC SANDER
This is used to sand the bottom to make the base flat
DRUM SANDER
1st stage for sanding the outside surface and the base
SPINDLE
This is used to sand the inside surface using grit #60 and #120 to ensure a smooth surface
LATHE SANDER
2nd stage for sanding the outside surface to make it smoother
WIPING, WRAPPING & PACKING
WIPING
The finished products are wiped using Wipe-Out to remove dirt
WRAPPING
The final products are then wrapped in brown paper to protect the surface from being scratched during delivery
PACKING
The products are packed in cardboard boxes ready for shipping
